Ms. Spivey has been a member of the Florida Bar Association since 1994.  She is an active member of the Florida Justice Association, which is an organization that works to preserve and strengthen Florida’s civil justice system and protect the rights of the citizens of Florida. Ms. Spivey earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Southern College, graduating summa cum laude in 1991.  She received her law degree from Florida State University, College of Law, where she graduated with high honors in 1994. Tricia Spivey is also a Certified Mediator in Florida.
