DUI  Driver  NBC2 reported  November 5, 2015 that there were new details regarding the driver who smashed his truck into a Cape Coral Pool Hall.

William Gulliver, the driver of the truck, had been thrown out of the pool hall bar the night of the crash because he allegedly was acting drunk and trying to grope women. This is exactly the same thing that happened the previous night. Prosecutors released information containing hundreds of interviews and photos which revealed the details of the July 20th deadly crash.

During the NBC2 news cast Attorney Randall Spivey said, “ In his post-Miranda statements that he (William Gulliver) gave to the police officers, not only did he admit to drinking and being behind the wheel of the truck at the time of the crash, but he changed his story on his alcohol use. It’s such a senseless and preventable tragedy. The family is now realizing that he (Ronald Gravel)is never coming home.”
