Tricia A. Spivey received her Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida Southern College, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also was named Outstanding Finance Graduate. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor of Law from Florida State University, College of Law with High Honors, which led to her being admitted to the Florida Bar as an attorney in 1994.
