Randall M. Spivey obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management.

Mr. Spivey received his Juris Doctor of Law degree from Stetson University, College of Law, graduating Cum Laude. 

Stetson Law Certificate in Trial Advocacy

Mr. Spivey successfully completed the Advocacy Concentration Curriculum to achieve his Juris Doctor Degree Cum Laude with a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy.  The Advocacy Concentration at Stetson College of Law distinguished students from their peers by demonstrating proficiency with specialized set of litigation skills. The Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy allowed Mr. Spivey to develop valuable insight and skills as a litigator prior to beginning his legal career.  Mr. Spivey graduated with persuasive techniques and experience to skillfully and ethically represent clients in all phases of the trial process.

Honors

When Mr. Spivey graduated with honors from Stetson University College of Law, Stetson law school was recognized by U.S. News & World Report as the number 1 law school in the nation for both Trial Advocacy and Legal Writing.  During all three years that Mr. Spivey attended Stetson College of Law, Stetson ranked #1 in trial advocacy in the United States.

Mr. Spivey was also a member of the honor society, Phi Delta Phi. An invitation to join Phi Delta Phi is based on academic achievement, as well as integrity and service.  Members of Phi Delta Phi are recognized for their moral compass, academic ability, and personal integrity. Experience

Additionally, during his time at Stetson Law School, Randall Spivey interned with Jacob’s Law Clinic for Democracy and Environment. The Jacobs Law Clinic provides pro bono legal services to individuals, groups, and environmental organizations focusing on issues related to Florida’s environment and democratic processes.  Mr. Spivey has long had an interest in fighting to stop the significant threats to the environment in Florida and poor water quality concerns.  He once founded the Florida Youth Water Foundation and interned while at the University of Florida with the Keepers of the Springs, an environmental non-profit organization.

Randall Spivey also worked with Spivey Law Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.A. as a summer associate and law clerk for three summers before graduating from Stetson College of Law.  Mr. Spivey had the fortune to work with his father, Randall L.
